              HEBUT Wins Undergraduate Engineering Training Integration Ability Competition

                      On March 9th to 10th, the sixth National Undergraduate Engineering Training Integration Ability Competition (Tianjin) was held at Tianjin University of Technology and Education. There were 181 competition teams from 16 universities and higher vocational schools in Tianjin, Hebei and Beijing. The Experimental and Training Center of HEBUT sent 13 teams to participate in three events (Straightway, Doube-8-Shaped Trajectory and Robot). They won 3 first prizes, 9 second prizes and 1 third prize.

               

               

               

                      On March 22nd to 24th, the sixth National Undergraduate Engineering Training Integration Ability Competition (Hebei) was held at Hebei University of Science and Technology. There were 101 competition teams from 19 universities. HEBUT sent 6 teams to join the three events. With excellent creative design and operation skills, the teams passed examinations in 8 parts including structure design, control and circuit design and won 6 first prizes.

               

               

               

                      The competition is hosted by the Committee of National Undergraduate Engineering Training Integration Ability Competition which adopts a selection system on school, provincial and national levels. The competition aims at strengthening students’ ability in engineering practice and cultivating their creativity and cooperation awareness. Also, it will stimulate students’ interest in scientific research on their potential for innovation, thus creating a favorable environment for outstanding talents.
